A quick guide to Aviemore and the Spey Valley:
Take a train ride on the Cairngorm
Mountain Railway, take a steam
train to Boat of Garten and Broomhill or take
a day
trip to Inverness on one of the more modern type
of train.
Eat at one of the many restaurants at the Aviemore
Highland Resort, a great meal at the Cairngorm
Hotel or take a leap to Roos Leap next to the
train station where you can have a traditional aussie
dish.
Take a boat ride at Loch
Inch then have a meal and drink, or stay at their
luxury
chalets. Relax on the beach or go windsurf at
Loch
Morlich, then head down to the Glenmore
Mountain Shop for a hot Bacon Roll and Coffee.
