Spey Valley golf course history

The Spey Valley Golf Course was opened for play in 2006, the course was designed by Dave Thomas. The first player to tee off at the Spey Valley course was Former Open Champion Sandy Lyle (PGA Link)

The Aviemore Spey Valley Golf Course took 3 years to sculpt from heathland, a massive amount of land was moved to create the hilly, challenging course.
